• Micropensisociety.com's and prankenstein, LLC's liability to the customer is limited to the price of the product.
• You must be 18 years old to purchase and recipient must be over the age of 18.
• You may not send a gift to any person or organization you do not personally know, this includes famous individuals, politicians and companies.
• Customers ordering any items from this website agree to release micropenissociety.com, prankenstein, LLC, its agents, officers, and employees of any and all liability associated with the use of our services.
• If you are not 100% sure the recipient will understand the novelty of the item, DO NOT SEND.

The final product consists of either:

• An clearly marked envelope with the Micropenis Society's logo, name and address of the recipient, certificate with recipient's name, 
• A postcard with the Micropenis Society's logo, name and address of the recipient.
• Clothing or novelty items with the Micropenis Society's logo

Customs:

If we send outside of the US, we have to fill a simple customs form. The product is a gift for the recipient, so we mark it as a gift and we set its value to $6-$25.
